Dr. Ahmed Hamid Alrustomani

Dr. Ahmad is a member of the American and Canadian Boards of Internal Medicine and Haematology and possesses a Bachelor of Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He serves on the boards of the DHA, DoH, and SEHA. Dr. Ahmad is a highly skilled Emirati haematologist with extensive background in the healthcare industry in the UAE. As a consultant and board member for various prestigious medical and regulatory organisations, including the Dubai Health Authority and SEHA, Dr. Ahmad played a crucial part in establishing the quality and standards of haematology services in the nation. Dr. Ahmad is in charge of building the infrastructure for bone marrow transplants at DHA and creating the haematology centre in Dubai. He was part of the team that performed the first ever BMT in the UAE in 2019.
