BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Ajay Shridhara Shetty is a Senior Consultant Urologist, Andrologist, and Renal Transplantation Specialist. He grew up in Mangalore and attended school in Mumbai before enrolling in basic medical education and training at JSS Medical College Mysore, where he earned his MBBS in 1999. He had extensive general surgical training at Bangalore Baptist Institution, which was named the top DNB training hospital in the country. In 2004, he received the Dr.B.Ramamurthy DNB Gold Medal for General Surgery at the national level. After two years of teaching and academics at a medical college, he went on to finish his DNB-Urology training at the Muljibhai Patel Centre of Nephro-Urology in Nadiad, Gujarat, an internationally renowned Centre of Excellence.
