Dr. Shahzad Sarosh Bulsara

Dr. Shahzad Sarosh Bulsara is a skilled endovascular specialist and peripheral vascular surgeon. He holds Diplomate of National Board (DNB) degrees in General Surgery and Peripheral Vascular Surgery from India, as well as a Fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery from Salzburg, Austria. He is skilled in both open and endovascular procedures for central venous access, which is necessary for things like chemotherapy and hemodialysis. Acute and chronic deep vein thrombosis (DVT), arteriovenous fistulas and grafts used in hemodialysis, and central venous occlusions. Vascular trauma, diabetic foot management, peripheral angiography and arterial revascularizations, carotid artery and aortic diseases (aneurysms, occlusions, and dissections), and minimally invasive management of vascular malformations are all examples of conditions that can be treated with little to no surgical intervention. His surgical career and experience began in 2005, the same year he earned his MBBS in India. After that, he spent two years in the United States working at SJMO Hospital in Michigan to gain experience in general and vascular surgery. There, he was involved in performing peripheral vascular bypasses, vascular access procedures, and endovascular treatment of aortic aneurysms. One of India's most technologically advanced hospitals, Medanta - The Medicity Hospital, Gurugram, New Delhi, is where Dr. Bulsara completed his core vascular training. He also has a strong academic background and has worked on research projects at Michigan State University and Mumbai, India. Periodically, he still publishes in scholarly journals. Additionally, he has presented his work at conferences around the world and serves as faculty at a number of vascular surgery conferences.
