Clin Assoc Prof Sim Kheng Leng David

Clinical Associate Professor David Sim is the Director of Clinical Trials, Director of the Heart Failure Program, and Senior Consultant in the Department of Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore. Additionally, he oversees the National Heart Centre of Singapore's Advanced Care Planning Program as its Project Director. He is an Honorary Visiting Consultant at Dover Park Hospice in Singapore and a Clinical Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. Clin Assoc Prof Sim is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom and holds a Fellowship in Heart Failure/Heart Transplantation from the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. He also serves as an advisor to Mongolia's Shastin National Heart Center. Clin. Assoc. Prof. Sim participates actively in a number of research initiatives and clinical studies and serves as the National Leader for Singapore for a number of significant international pharmacological heart failure trials. Heart transplantation and heart failure are his areas of subspecial interest.
