Dr Aseem Thamba

Over the last 24 years, Dr. Aseem Thamba has established himself as Mumbai, Maharashtra's greatest consultant nephrologist and renal transplant physician. Dr. Thamba formerly held the position of Chief Medical Officer at the Primary Health Center in Nimgaonkhari, Ahmedabad, where he oversaw a clinic that served six villages. He first became associated with the Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre in 2002, when he worked there as a clinical assistant in the nephrology department. He was given the chance to serve as a Lecturer in the Department of Medicine at BYL Nair Municipal Medical College and Hospital thanks to his love of teaching. He has been following his enthusiasm by leading research projects for DNB students and post-doctoral teaching programmes in nephrology. At the moment, Dr. Aseem Thambha serves as Honorary Consultant Nephrologist at Wockhardt Hospital, a New Age Hospital in South Mumbai.
