Dr. Christo I. Tchervenkov

Dr. Tchervenkov is a professor of surgery at McGill University and the director of cardiac surgery at Montreal Children's Hospital. At McGill University, he received training in general surgery, cardiovascular surgery, and thoracic surgery. At the Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, he served as Chief Resident in paediatric heart surgery alongside Aldo Castaneda. He presently holds the position of Executive Director of the Global Society of Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery, having served as its founding president.
