He is a board-certified urologist who has worked as an andrologist in North India for the last 17 years. He specialises in urethral and penile reconstruction, cosmetic urology (curvature correction and penile augmentation), and erectile dysfunction. He is a dedicated urethral and penile reconstructive surgeon with a particular interest in failed and complex urethral stricture, hypospadias, and penile curvature cases. He is one of India's few urologists who specialises only in urethral and external genitalia surgery. He is one of India's few urologists who specialises solely in urethra and external genitalia surgery. Dr. Gautam has specialised in Urethra Reconstruction, Penile operations, aesthetic Urological treatments, Erectile difficulties, and sexual disorders for both men and women for the past 12 years in his private clinic. He is a skilled urethral reconstructive surgeon with over 1000 urethroplasties (from trauma and other reasons) and hypospadias repair procedures under his belt.
