Dr. Lalitha Sekhar

Medanta's Internal Medicine and Geriatrics department is led by Dr. Lalitha Sekhar. She has 41 years of professional experience in her field. In 1973, she received her MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, and in 1978, she received her MD from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi. Her research focuses on the treatment of infectious diseases as well as auto immune diseases. She belongs to the Indian Medical Association (IMA) as well as the Delhi Medical Council. Geriatric Medicine is a specialised service that she offers.
