Dr. Neeraj Bhalla

Dr. Neeraj Bhalla graduated from Pune's Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC). He completed his postgraduate studies in medicine at AFMC, where he was awarded the KK Gupta Gold Medal for placing first in the Advanced Course. After earning his DM in Cardiology from PGI Chandigarh, he worked at top Armed Forces hospitals in Bangalore and New Delhi. His prior positions include Director of Cardiology at Metro Hospitals Delhi and Senior Interventional Cardiologist at Max Hospital. His current position at The BLK Super Specialty Hospital on Pusa Road in New Delhi is Chairman Cardiology and Senior Consultant. He has performed over 10,000 coronary angioplasty operations and is skilled in the use of modern interventional devices such as the Rotablator, Intravascular Ultrasound, and Distal Protection Devices. He has extensive expertise with interventional procedures in both coronary and non-coronary circulations. He has presented his work in a number of national and international settings. He has been asked to speak as a faculty member at a number of national and international conferences. He was a DNB (Cardiology) instructor and a Professor of Medicine at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore. He is a skilled public speaker who has led multiple CME programmes for professionals and given countless public lectures. Dr. Bhalla has been elected to the prestigious American College of Cardiology (FACC)
