Dr. Paraneetharan Marimuthu

Dr. Paraneetharan Marimuthu has over 20 years of expertise treating patients with various brain and spine problems. He received his neurosurgery training at the prestigious Madurai Medical College, Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery. He has performed difficult brain tumours, skull base lesions, aneurysm clipping, AVM clipping, spine procedures such as endoscopic and minimally invasive surgeries, and trauma treatment. Dr. Paraneetharan Marimuthu graduated with honours from Thanjavur Medical College in 1997. Following that, he joined the Tamil Nadu Government Medical Services in 1999 and served the public till 2008. After completing his neurosurgery training, he worked as an assistant professor at Madurai Medical College before moving to the United Kingdom in 2008 to pursue advanced training and fellowships in cerebrovascular neurosurgery, advanced spine surgery, minimally invasive neurosurgery, and functional neurosurgery.
