Dr. Sonia Malik

Dr. Malik is regarded as one of India's pioneers in the field of infertility. She has always wanted to help people and fulfil their dreams of having their own kid as an obstetrician and gynaecologist with a focus in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and IVF. Advances in Assisted Reproductive Techniques (IVF, ICSI, IMSI), Reproductive Endocrinology & Immunology, Genital Tuberculosis, and Premature Ovarian Failure are her areas of interest. Dr. Malik graduated from Maharishi Dayanand University in Rohtak with an M.B.B.S., DGO, and MD. She has over 7000 ART cycles under her belt and over three decades of professional experience. She has previously worked in Iraq and Saudi Arabia, and speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Arabic well. She has served as President of the Indian Fertility Society, Chair of the FOGSI Infertility Committee, President of the Indian Menopause Society, and Associate Editor of the IFFS South-East Asia Journal of Global Health. She has also served on the editorial boards of Fertility & Sterility India, Journal of Reproductive Health and Medicine, and Journal of Fertility Science & Research, as well as being the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Midlife Health. She is also a member of the ICMR Genital Tuberculosis Task Force. Dr. Malik is a Scientific Collaborator at the famed Cleveland Clinic's Reproductive Research Center, and has also presented numerous training courses and seminars in India and abroad on topics such as IVF procedures, advanced hysteroscopic surgery, micromanipulation in art, and many more.
