Dr. Tarig Ali Elhassan

Cardiothoracic surgery is Dr. Tarig Ali Mohamed Elhassan's 20-year specialty. He graduated from the Izhevsk Government Medical Academy in Russia with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Diploma in Medicine, and an MBBS (IGMA). He completed his education at the same institution and graduated with a Master's Degree in Cardiovascular Surgery in 2002 after completing his Post-Graduate degree internship in General Surgery in 1999. He started his career in 2001 at Republican Clinical Hospital No. 3 in Russia, widely known as the Izhevsk Cardiac Center, and continued his work there until 2004 when he moved to the UAE. His research interests include congenital heart disease surgery and management, valvular heart diseases, and adult cardiac surgery with an emphasis on coronary artery diseases and consequences.
