Mr Mohamed Taranissi

The Assisted Reproduction & Gynaecology Centre's (ARGC) founder and medical director is Mr. Mohamed Taranissi FRCOG. In the UK, Mr. T. (as he is lovingly called by his patients and staff) invented several treatments that are now standard practice in many reproductive clinics. For instance, studies investigate recurrent embryo implantation failure, the immunology of implantation, and the use of Viagra to enhance uterine lining. This made it possible for him to spot couples who might be experiencing this kind of infertility and provide them with cutting-edge treatment. Under his direction, the UK's first licenses for egg freezing, PGT-A aneuploidy screening, and HLA tissue typing to produce "Saviour Siblings" were all given to the ARGC.
