Prof. (Dr) V P Choudhry

Thalassemia, Hemoglobinopathies, Bleeding & Coagulation Disorders, Leukemia, Lymphomas, Multiple Myeloma, Refractory Anemia, Nutritional Anemia, and Hemophilia are among Prof. Dr V P Choudhry's areas of competence. He earned his MBBS from AIIMS in 1967, his MD from AIIMS in 1972, and fellowships from the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (FIAP) in 1992, the International Medical Science Academy (FIMSA) in 1996, the Indian Academy of Clinical Medicine (FIACM) in 1998, and the Indian Society of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine in 2000. He was also the former Chairperson of the Indian Society of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine, the former President of the Delhi Society of Hematology, and a Life Member of the Indian Society of Cancer Chemotherapists.
