Tony Brooks

Tony is a skilled addiction therapist who received his certification from the University of Bath and a speciality from the Centre for Addiction Treatment Studies (CATS). Tony has handled chem-sex addiction as well as alcohol and drug addiction. With 20 years of experience working abroad as a holistic spiritual practitioner, he has a strong focus on mindfulness and links naturally into sharing and assisting others through the mindfulness- and grounding-focused Buddhist practises that Thailand is famous for. Tony worked as a service manager for a drug and alcohol charity, a private sector recovery facility, and the NHS for many years prior to becoming a counsellor.
