Dr Taqdir Benepal

At St George's Hospital in South London, Dr. Benepal practices as a consultant medical oncologist. After completing his residency at University College Hospital in London, he moved to Chelsea & Westminster to work as an HIV specialist. Having completed his training in oncology at the Royal Marsden, Dr. Benepal has been practicing oncology for the past 20 years, 13 of those years as a consultant at St. George's Hospital. Over his career in clinical practice, Dr. Benepal has conducted and oversaw a number of research initiatives. His primary clinical interests are lung cancer, mesothelioma, and upper gastrointestinal diseases. Dr. Benepal is the Lead for St. George's undergraduate and graduate medical students and has a strong passion for teaching. He frequently receives invitations to give lectures at conferences held abroad.
