Dr. Mahesh Rajashekaraiah

Dr. Mahesh Rajashekaraiah is a consultant Hematologist/Hematoncologist and bone marrow transplant specialist at BGS Global Hospitals. In 2006, he received his Post-Graduate Master's degree (MD) in Internal Medicine. He received his DM in clinical haematology from Mumbai's reputed KEM hospital. He completed a one-year fellowship in leukaemia and bone marrow transplantation at Vancouver General Hospital/BCCA in Vancouver, Canada. He is a serious student. He was an assistant professor of internal medicine at Siddartha Medical College in Tumkur. He served as a superspeciality medical officer in the clinical haematology department at KEM hospital in Mumbai. His research interests include the treatment of leukemias and lymphomas, stem cell transplantation (autologous, allogenic, and umbilical cord blood transplantation), and the assessment, therapy of bleeding disorders, , blood clots and anemia.
