DIAGNOSTICS 90 D Lens Examination
This slit lamp lens is used for fundus exams and examinations of tiny pupils. This is the most common Slit lamp lens for non-contact fundus examination. It has a wide-field fundus imaging capability that extends to and beyond the equator.
The 90D Non Contact Slit Lamp Lens is designed for general diagnostic and small pupil exams, and it comes with innovative double aspheric glass optics for improved retina imaging.
Disease Overview:
Fundus and small pupil problem
Miosis is a condition in which your pupil shrinks (constricts). If your pupils remain tiny even in dim light, it might indicate that something in your eye isn't operating properly. This condition is known as aberrant miosis, and it can affect one or both eyes.
Disease Signs and Symptoms:
- Drowsiness.

- Confusion or a lack of vigilance.

Disease Causes:
Certain disorders, such as Adie's tonic pupil (also known as Adie's pupil and Adie's syndrome), create smaller constricted pupils. A concussion is an injury to the eye or brain. The usage of some prescribed and illegal substances.
Disease Diagnosis:
Your doctor will examine your eyes in a dark environment to see if you have atypical miosis. They'll ask you to look at something far away. They'll then double-check:
