Dr. Jhuma Lodha

Dr. Jhuma received her MBBS and MD degrees in obstetrics and gynaecology from the University of Calcutta in India, respectively, in 1994. The National Board of Examination in New Delhi, India is where she also received her diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology. In 1996, she was admitted to the esteemed Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, UK, and in 2017, she was made a Fellow of the same institution. Additionally, she earned a diploma and fellowship in laparoscopic surgery (WALS). Before working at NMC Royal Women's Hospital, Dr. Jhuma had a long career spanning over 22 years as a consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology in the UK and India. She has participated in numerous conferences and workshops in addition to taking numerous international courses, such as advanced life support, basic colposcopy, and advanced hysteroscopy. High-risk pregnancies, diagnostic and surgical laparoscopic, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, vaginal surgery, and therapy of female urine incontinence are among Dr. Jhuma's specialties.
