One of the biggest companies offering fertility treatment services is Nova IVF Fertility (NIF). At Genome - The Fertility Centre in Kolkata, he has contributed to the organisation and development of the clinical protocols. Later, he served as the clinical director at both Kolkata's AMRI medical centre and Nova IVF Fertility, where he contributed to the establishments' respective successes in the medical community.
