BIOGRAPHY

Regarding Associate Professor Kris Chatamara Assoc. Prof. Kris Chatamara is a highly experienced general surgeon with more than 52 years of work history. At Westminster Hospital in the UK, he received his MD in 1969 from the University of London. He completed a fellowship in general surgery and cancer in 1979 after receiving his Royal College of Surgeons fellowship in 1975. At Thailand's Chulalongkorn University, he pursued a different course of study. He finished his thesis in the UK in 1982. Dr. Chatamara is skilled in carrying out a wide range of general surgical procedures, including cancer, breast, and upper GI surgeries, including esophageus surgery, gastrectomy, cholecystectomy, and surgeries of the liver and pancreas.For his original and groundbreaking medical study, he received the Buckstone Prize from England, and he also received the Cultera Surgical Prize from London, England, for his creative work in surgical research. Only a few of Dr. Chatamara's research papers have been published in prestigious journals.
