Dr Chieng Kai Hieng Roland

Gynecologist Dr. Roland Chieng practises at Parkway East Hospital in Singapore.His areas of expertise include reproductive endocrinology, in vitro fertilisation, and male infertility. He is board qualified in obstetrics and gynaecology. He is also skilled in reproductive microsurgery and the maintenance of fertility in cancer. Dr. Chieng graduated from the National University of Singapore with a basic medical degree in 1993 and from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in the UK with a specialist medical degree in 2001. When he was given the Singapore Ministry of Health HMDP Fellowship in Male Infertility, Reproductive Microsurgery, Assisted Reproductive Technologies, and Endoscopy in 2004 and 2005, he completed his additional subspecialty training in Melbourne. As an acupuncturist who graduated from the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2007, Dr. Chieng is also licenced to practise in Singapore. Being well-versed and trained in acupuncture makes him one of the few medical specialists in Singapore, and this knowledge has improved his patients' fertility treatments. Dr. Chieng belongs to OGSS (Obstetrics and Gynecology Society of Singapore), ASRM (American Society of Reproductive Medicine), and RCOG ( UK Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists).
