Dr. Farid Ghasemzadeh

He has extensive experience performing many arthroscopic and minimally invasive orthopaedic procedures, such as knee and hip joint replacement surgeries as well as shoulder and shoulder arthroscopy. He is capable of handling all orthopaedic issues and trauma to the upper and lower limbs, dealing with dislocations, fractures using closed and open reduction techniques, managing patients with multiple trauma and open fractures in accordance with ATLS guidelines, and performing minor surgeries in the emergency operating room, such as tendon repair and the removal of local soft tissue masses. He can also treat age-related orthopaedic conditions like osteoporosis, fragile bone fractures, and osteoarthritis as well as peripheral nerve entrapments, muscle and tendon issues. Additionally, he has a keen interest in orthopaedic injuries connected to sports. His recent promotion to Diplomat of the American Board of Regenerative Medicine enables him to treat various musculoskeletal conditions with cutting-edge platelet-rich plasma and stem cell therapies under the supervision of ultrasound.
