Dr. M.P. Ram Prabu is a Madurai Medical College-trained MBBS professional. He earned his MD in General Medicine from JIPMER in Pondicherry and his DM in Medical Oncology from the reputed All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi. After finishing his DM, he worked for 5 years at MIOT hospital before joining Gleneagles Global Health City. He has 14+ years of experience treating cancer patients and is skilled at providing systemic medicines such as targeted therapies and immunotherapies in addition to chemotherapy. He received HIPEC training at Christie Manchester, UK, and has treated over 100 patients with Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy in peritoneal surface malignancies. He also specialises in autologous bone marrow transplantation. He has published articles in numerous international publications and served as a speaker and panellist at various national and regional conferences.
