Dr. P Suryanarayan

P. Suryanarayan, D.O. Attained his Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics) and graduate training from the University of Bombay in 1986. received fellowship training in joint reconstruction and arthroplasty at the Wagner Clinic in Germany and "The Hospital for Special Surgery" in New York. He received the Indo-German scholarship at the University of Bern's "Hip Service" Inselspital in Switzerland. has been in active practise since 1994, specialising in hip and knee arthroplasty. was chosen as the Indian Society of Hip and Knee Surgeons' 2011–12 president. At the Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University, was appointed Adjunct Professor (Orthopedics) in 2012. Current areas of expertise include osteotomies, acetabular trauma, revision hip and knee surgery, and bone banking. The lead of the design team for the "CT based PSI" that was created domestically with the industry partners focused on navigation aided procedures.
