Dr Punit Ramrakha

A consultant cardiologist with more than 20 years of expertise, Dr. Punit Ramrakha. He is an expert in heart failure, valve disease, arrhythmia, hypertension, blackouts, and drowsiness. He has extensive training as an interventional cardiologist. His performance is strengthened by his attention to detail and drive for success in all procedures, including coronary angioplasty with stents (including difficult procedures like rotablation and shock wave therapy), structural cardiac interventions (ASD and PFO closure), and pacemaker insertion. Dr. Ramrakha earned first-class honors degrees from Cambridge and Oxford Universities and was hired as a consultant cardiologist in 2002. His NHS clinics are located at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Buckinghamshire Hospitals NHS Trust. He has served as the Clinical Lead for Cardiology, the Clinical Director of Medicine at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, and the Clinical Lead for Heart Failure in Buckinghamshire at the moment. The Chiltern Hills Heart Clinic, Buckinghamshire's first private cardiology facility, was established in 2005 by Dr. Ramrakha. The clinic has undergone multiple inspections by the Care Quality Commission and has passed with flying colors each time. He helped co-found the London Heart Practice in 2020 to offer top-notch cardiac treatment during the coronavirus epidemic.
