Dr. Rakesh Khazanchi

Dr. Rakesh Khazanchi is the secretary general of the International Confederation for Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery's 15th World Congress (IPRAS 2009). He specialises in aesthetic surgery, reconstructive microsurgery, vascular malformations, replantation of severed parts, and head and neck reconstruction. He has over 41 years of surgical expertise. He's also worked on 22 research projects, published over 60 publications in national and international journals, contributed four chapters to textbooks, and edited and authored a book on plastic surgery for general surgeons.
