Dr Richard Sylvester

A consulting neurologist with extensive training and expertise in cognitive neurology and neuro-rehabilitation following traumatic brain injuries, Dr. Richard Sylvester specializes in these fields. Along with treating individuals, he has a great deal of experience diagnosing and treating a variety of neurological problems. At the UCL Institute of Sport and Exercise Health, Dr. Sylvester manages athletes who sustain head injuries and has a special interest in sports-related concussions. He has served as an independent concussion expert for the Rugby World Cup and is a member of the English Football Association's expert concussion advisory council. Dr. Sylvester is qualified to treat patients with neurological diseases, including those who have had traumatic brain injuries and concussions from sports.
