Maryam Oskoui

Pediatric neurologist Dr. Maryam Oskoui is an Associate Professor at the Departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery. She has been given a FRQ-S Clinical Research Scholar Junior 2 award. For the Guideline Formulation Subcommittee of the American Academy of Neurology, Dr. Oskoui serves as an expert in evidence-based methodology. Dr. Oskoui leads the Canadian Neuromuscular Disease Registry Spinal Muscular Atrophy Working Group, is a member of Muscular Dystrophy Canada's Scientific Advisory Council, and is an investigator in numerous clinical trials for paediatric neuromuscular diseases.
