Valgus Osteotomy And fixation:
A two-fold function is played by valgus osteotomy and internal fixation with a dynamic hip screw and a 120° double angle barrel plate. It improves by converting shearing pressures into compression forces by positioning the fracture site perpendicular to the resultant of body weight forces and buttressing the femur head from below.
