Dr Hey Hwee Weng Dennis

Dr. Dennis Hey is a Senior Consultant Spine Surgeon at the National University Hospital's (NUH) Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and the Founding Director of Alexandra Hospital's Motion-preserving and Minimally-invasive Spine Unit (MMSU), Singapore's first themed spine unit. He also works as a research director at the National University of Singapore's Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and an assistant professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSoM) (NUS). Throughout his early career, Dr. Hey obtained thorough spinal training from more than 20 regional spine surgeons in Singapore. Then, to receive more extensive training and exposure, he set aside time to go to more than 25 prominent spine clinics in China, Japan, South Korea, India, France, Germany, and the United States.
