Mr Daniel Wood

Expert in functional, reconstructive, and adolescent urological therapy, Mr. Dan Wood is a renowned consultant urologist. He works at the Princess Grace Hospital, Portland Hospitals, Harley Street Clinic Diagnostic Center, and University College London Hospital, where he is based. Along with his specialty practice, Mr. Wood is a specialist in general urology. He is proficient in functional and reconstructive urology as well as the treatment of all urological issues in adolescents and received his training in some of London's top hospitals. His surgery for teenagers and adults with congenital abnormalities, such as neurogenic bladder, spina bifida, posterior urethral valves, bladder exstrophy, cloacal anomalies, and changes in sexual development, has earned him international acclaim. Mr. Wood is a Senior Editor for the Journal of Paediatric Urology as well as the author of numerous articles, books, and book chapters. He was formerly the Director of the Urology Speciality Training program and now works as an Education Supervisor of Urology at UCLH. He gives talks at institutions all over the world including in the United States.
