Dr. Caroline Stigant

Dr. Stigant completed her chemistry coursework at UBC before earning her medical degree there. She then attended University of Toronto to complete her internal medicine and nephrology studies. She was awarded a fellowship by the Kidney Foundation of Canada and went on to get a Master of Health Science in CKD epidemiology. She has a busy nephrology practise and is the medical lead for home hemodialysis at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria. Her research interests include complicated hypertension management, CKD progression prevention, and dialysis care.
