Dr Nihal Shah

At the East and North Herts NHS trust hospitals as well as the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, Dr. Nihal Shah is a consultant clinical oncologist. Dr. Shah is interested in the treatment of head & neck, lung, and breast malignancies. He has experience providing treatment recommendations for tumors with unknown primary causes and is passionate about both radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Dr. Shah actively participates in clinical trials, serves as an investigator for several regional studies, and counsels pharmaceutical firms on pertinent cancer prevention measures. He serves as a consultant for the Health Care Commission and the head and neck cancer plan. Dr. Shah has recommended BACUP, specific cancer information websites, and ethnic minority groups for cancer treatment information.
