Dr Susan Cleator

An expert in breast and colorectal oncology, Dr. Cleator specializes in administering chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and radiotherapy for both early and late disease. She consults privately at LOC in Harley Street and has her NHS home base at Imperial Healthcare Trust in Charing Cross. She provides private medical care at the HCA and London Clinic locations. She received her primary medical training at Oxford University. She has a history in academia and completed a PhD at the Institute of Cancer Research and Royal Marden Hospitals, where she studied the use of gene profiling to personalize chemotherapy administration. She keeps up her involvement in research and instruction. Treatment of breast cancer in young women and pregnancy, neoadjuvant (pre surgery) treatment, individualized treatment using gene tests, and radiotherapy for early breast cancer are of particular interest.
