Dr. Alassaad worked as an orthopaedic surgeon in hospitals in Saudi Arabia and Aleppo, Syria, before beginning his career at Mediclinic in 2009. He oversaw the orthopaedic department at Al Razi Hospital in Aleppo, the city's main surgical, emergency, and teaching facility. It has 200 beds, 60 of which are designated for orthopaedic surgery, and is supported by the Ministry of Health. Between 1994 until 2006, he served as the Aleppo Medical Association's president. While working at the National Heart Institute, Dr. Ali Abdalaziz got his MBBCh and Master's degrees in cardiology from Ain Shams University. He is also Egyptian Board certified in cardiology. In 1996, Dr. El Kadri graduated from the University of Aleppo, Syria, with a medical degree. In the United Arab Emirates, Dr. El Kadri held positions as a senior cardiac electrophysiologist, director of the electrophysiology service, and director of cardiovascular research at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) and Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC). He has a Ph.D. in cellular electrophysiology from the University of Liverpool and a master's degree in cardiology from the University of Brighton, both earned in 2002. (2008). Dr. El Kadri is passionate in both education and research. He is currently an adjunct associate professor at Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi and served as a core member of the faculty for the SSMC programme that was accredited by the ACGME-I for its cardiology fellowship programme. His present research focuses on population-level and translational cardiac research, with numerous national and international collaborations and publications in top medical journals. Locally and internationally, Dr. El Kadri frequently gives lectures on subjects pertaining to heart rhythm. In addition, he reviews articles for a number of prestigious scientific journals and serves on question writing panels for numerous international tests, including the IBHRE and MRCP. He is a skilled electrophysiologist with almost 2000 heart rhythm procedures under his belt. Dr. Ali Ghanem received his training in the Hammoud University Medical Hospital (HUMC) Department of Nephrology in Saida, Lebanon, and the La-Pitié-Salpéteriere Department of Internal Medicine in Paris, France. From 2014 until 2020, he served as the Chairman of the Internal Medicine Department at the Saida Governmental University Hospital. He was also a member of the Beirut Arab University-affiliated Medical Students' Teaching Staff. He has spoken at numerous regional conferences and submitted scholarly publications. Nationality Jordanian Synopsis Specialist in urology at Mediclinic Mussafah and Mediclinic Al-Noor Hospital is Dr. Mazen El-Shanti. Dr. Shanti had extensive expertise managing both emergency and elective urological cases in Jordan's Ministry of Health Tertiary Hospitals before to joining Mediclinic. Prior to this, he worked as a urology resident at hospitals run by the Jordanian Ministry of Health, Jordan Hospital, and Jordanian Royal Medical Services (Military Hospitals). While working at Prince Hamza Hospital, he also assisted with teaching at The Hashemite University's faculty of medicine. Dr. Shanti graduated first in his class from Jordan University of Science & Technology (JUST) with a degree in medicine and surgery. He also got a specialist degree from the Jordan Medical Council. With various advanced training in open, endoscopic, and laparoscopic operations, Dr. Shanti has more than nine years of expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of all major urological and andrological diseases. Dr. Jaffar Ali completed his residency in haematology and oncology at New York Medical College's St. Vincent's Hospital after completing his training at Columbia University/Roosevelt Hospital in New York. In internal medicine, haematology, and medical oncology, he holds three American board certifications. Prior to returning to the UAE, he worked as an oncologist and haematologist for more than 15 years in the USA. His areas of expertise include breast cancer, cutting-edge oncology therapies like immunotherapy, and hereditary predisposition to cancer. He has written papers and given presentations at the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He has also participated in clinical research on a number of diseases.
