Dr. Subodh Pande is a radiation oncologist with a wealth of clinical and academic expertise. He worked at the Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai after receiving his MD in radiotherapy from the AIIMS in New Delhi in 1977. He was instrumental in the establishment of the hospital's neurooncology and paediatric oncology departments. In 1997, he relocated to the Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals in New Delhi, where he assisted in the development of a contemporary radiation oncology department and the renovation of its stereotactic radiotherapy facilities. In India, he is the only surgeon who specialises in robotic hip and knee replacements. Dr. Aditya Gupta is a skilled neurosurgeon who graduated with honours from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi. He was then promoted to Associate Professor of Neurosurgery, a position he held until 2009. He then co-founded the Institute of Neurosciences at Medanta, where he served as Additional Director, Neurosurgery, until mid-2016. Dr. Vipul Gupta received his training in Interventional Neuroradiology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, where he also served as an Associate Professor from 2005 to 2007. He finished his fellowships at the Rothschild Foundation in Paris (2005) and the Cleveland Clinic in the United States (1999).Dr. Gupta is a visiting professor at UMASS General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. He specialises in intracranial aneurysm coiling, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), tumour occlusion, angioplasty, and stenting of arterial stenosis, including carotid stenting, and intra-arterial thrombolysis for stroke.He was also named one of the country's "Top 10 Young Surgeons" by Hindustan Times. Prior to joining Artemis, he worked at the Max Institute of Neurosciences as the Head of Interventional Neuroradiology until 2009, and then at Medanta the Medicity as the Head of Interventional Neuroradiology/Neurointerventional Surgery until May 2016. Before joining Artemis, Dr. (Col) MS Sandhu was a Senior Consultant (Hon'y) Interventional Cardiology at Batra Hospital and Medical Research Center in New Delhi. He served in the Army Medical Corps for a long time, most recently as Senior Adviser (Medicine and Cardiology) at Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt, and as Addl. Professor of Medicine and Cardiology at Army College of Medical Sciences, Delhi Cantt. He has been a Principal Investigator in Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, and Armed Forces Medical Research Committee research programmes, as well as educating postgraduate students in Medicine and Cardiology. Dr. Sarup brings his 29 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery to our institution. He received his training in India at prestigious institutions such as PGIMER Chandigarh, KEM, and Nair Hospitals in Mumbai. He conducted a large portion of his training in the United Kingdom, where he earned his FRCS and MCh Ortho certifications. Dr. Sarup is a paediatric orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in spine surgery. In 1998, he was given a fellowship in the aforementioned subject at Glasgow's Royal Hospital for Sick Children. Dr. S. V. Kotwal has significant expertise in all aspects of urology and has completed one of the biggest personal series of PCNL (almost 4000) and 300 renal transplants in North India. He was the first in the Armed Forces to do microsurgery, and he has extensive experience in Uro-Oncology and Paediatric Urology. He has received international appreciation for his efforts in endo-urology and vascular reconstructions. He's conducted a number of difficult genito-urinary reconstructive procedures, including the recent'sex change' or'sex reassignment' surgery. He has led practical workshops around the country and has attended regional, national, and worldwide professional conferences.Dr. Kotwal is a certified postgraduate instructor for the University of Pune's MS (General Surgery) and M.Ch (Urology) degrees, as well as the Delhi University's MS degree. He is particularly interested in Endocrine Surgery, particularly Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery, as well as Breast Surgery, and has extensive experience in GI and Laparoscopic Surgery as a member of the faculty of a prestigious teaching hospital in New Delhi, Maulana Azad Medical College and Associated Lok Nayak and G B Pant Hospitals. Dr. Tripathi began his clinical career after achieving a stellar academic record. He won many Travel Fellowships for presenting research over his academic career. He has published Original Papers in reputable Indexed Journals. In the Republic of Maldives' Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital, he built Nephrology Departments with state-of-the-art Dialysis Units, as well as six clinics around Delhi and the NCR. He has overseen around 53000 sessions of hemodialyses at various centres across the NCR, all of which have yielded satisfactory results. He has performed successful kidney transplants, including incompatible and high-risk transplants. He specialises in the treatment of refractory hypertension, difficult-to-treat nephrotic syndromes, complicated urinary tract infections, and high-risk transplants. Dr. Tripathi emphasises preventive elements of renal illnesses in light of the increasing epidemic of metabolic syndrome. He has effectively implemented most of the humanistic attributes into his day-to-day therapeutic practise. Dr. Tripathi is now the Unit Head and DNB Faculty at Artemis Hospitals. He was recently awarded distinguished Fellowships-FISN & FISOT- by the Indian Society of Nephrology and the Indian Society of Organ Transplantation for his lifetime contributions to the growth of nephrology and solid organ transplantation.
