We have 14 hospitals and three clinics in six cities with a total bed capacity of 1,500 beds. We are a renowned network of multi-specialty paediatric and obstetrics & gynaecology institutions in India. Pediatrics and Obstetrics & Gynecology are our two main areas of expertise. Our paediatric services include neonatal and paediatric intensive care, paediatric multi-specialty care, and paediatric quaternary care (including multiple organ transplants); in contrast, our obstetrics and gynaecology services include routine and complex obstetric care, multi-disciplinary foetal care, and perinatal genetic and fertility care. In Hyderabad, India, we opened our first paediatric specialty hospital in 1999. Since then, we have developed a reputation as a leader in multi-specialty paediatric services, with excellent clinical experience in managing difficult disorders, under the direction of Dr. Ramesh Kancharla, our founding Promoter. In order to provide patients with comprehensive perinatal services, we have also expanded our activities to encompass obstetrics and gynaecological services. We think that the performance of our hospitals has been greatly influenced by our ability to attract and keep highly qualified medical personnel. We use a doctor engagement model where the majority of our core doctors only perform full-time retainer work at our hospitals. This strategy guarantees that the majority of our key specialists are accessible at our hospitals around-the-clock, which is crucial for the emergency, neonatal, and paediatric intensive care services provided to children.

At Rainbow Children's Hospital, Dr. Venkatalakshmi is a consultant neonatologist who works full-time. She attended Vellore's Christian Medical College for her undergraduate studies and DCH. She received several merit certificates and was named the finest sportswoman in the college as well as the Sommerville Prize in Surgery and Captain Jai Singh Jadhav Prize winner for best postgraduate student. She completed her paediatrics residency at Madras' Egmore Children's Hospital. Dr. Lakshmi completed her two-year neonatology residency at Westmead Hospital in Sydney, Australia, and her fellowship in the field at St. Louis Children's Hospital, part of Washington University in St. Louis. She joined Rainbow Children's Hospital when she eventually made it back to India. She has successfully cared for numerous preterm infants and dealt with a variety of challenging neonatal issues. In Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Dinesh is a highly skilled neonatologist with extensive experience working abroad. He oversees the management of both Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Services in his capacity as Director of Intensive Care Services. In numerous educational programmes for neonatology and paediatric critical care, he serves as national faculty. His specialties include high frequency oscillation, nitric oxide therapy, and transporting severely unwell newborns and kids. He earned his super-specialty Mch degree in paediatric surgery from the reputed Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, after completing his general surgical training in Mysore. At the Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health in Bangalore, he received additional training in paediatric minimally invasive surgery. He has experience with bronchoscopic techniques (endoscopic visualisation of the airway) and has successfully removed numerous foreign bodies using these procedures. He has always performed moral and ethical surgery on kids, with a particular emphasis on sympathetic and considerate parent counselling. In Hassan, Karnataka, where he practised and oversaw all of the paediatric surgical work for the paediatric population of three districts and portions of two other districts, his passion for working with children who needed paediatric surgical care inspired him to firmly establish the concept of specialised paediatric surgical care at the district level. His primary research focus is on minimally invasive paediatric surgery, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that children who need surgery experience the least amount of pain and scarring possible and return home sooner. From the esteemed St. Johns Medical College in Bangalore, where he served as the Head of the Department of Paediatric Surgery, Dr. Mainak Deb has joined our team. He held the position of Professor of Paediatric Surgery at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College in Jabalpur prior to his time at St. Johns Medical College. He graduated from Karnatak Medical College in Hubli, Karnataka, after completing medical school. The National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru, provided the paediatric training, while the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, provided the neurology (DM Neurology) training. He pursued his enthusiasm for paediatric neurology and finished his MRCPCH in the UK. He received his training at Bristol Children's Hospital and Birmingham Children's Hospital in Bristol, UK, as a fellow in paediatric neurology. He returned to India because of the desire to create high-quality paediatric neurology services. Through his work over the past 12 years, Rainbow Children's Hospital now boasts a paediatric neurology department with a team of four full-time paediatric neurologists, a metabolic and genetic specialist, three paediatric neurosurgeons, and two child psychiatrists. Senior members of the rehab team are completely supportive of the services (Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Speech and language Audiology, Speech Therapy, Visual Rehabilitation, Child Psychology testing and counseling). At NIMHANS 2003, Dr. Lingappa received the Dr Anisya Vasanth Award for Best Exiting Neurology Student. Dr. Sirisha Rani received her MD in Pediatrics from Premiere Institute PGIMER in Chandigarh, where she also received a prize for being the best departing student. DNB was obtained later from the National Board of Examination. worked as a senior resident at St. John's Hospital before moving on to Kidwai Memorial Cancer Institute in Bangalore. Then, to continue my education in paediatric hematology-oncology and BMT, I travelled to the United Kingdom. She worked in prestigious institutions in the UK as Cardiff University, Bristol Children's Hospital, and Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. In Banjara Hills, Hyderabad's Rainbow Children's Hospital, Senior Consultant in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology and BMT is now employed.
