In Bury St. Edmunds, on the lovely St. Mary's Square, and across from the Greene King Brewery, is the St. Edmunds Hospital. The lovely property you see as you turn down our drive was originally a family residence built in 1758 and has since undergone numerous renovations. St. Edmunds Hospital is pleased to be a member of the Circle Health Group family. Originally a hotel, it later became a nursing home and is today a cutting-edge private hospital servicing both NHS and Private Patients. Outside, you'll find immaculate lawns and benches where you may unwind as you wait for your loved ones. Inside, our staff is happy and prepared to guide each of our patients along their road. We want every one of our patients to have a comfortable and effective experience, whether they are getting ready for a routine doctor's appointment or a total hip replacement.

Michael Irwin served as the Clinical Director of the Department of Plastic Surgery from 2003 to 2010 and is currently a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Addenbrooke's NHS Hospital in Cambridge. He is an active member of both the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeons (BAPRAS).
