Dr. Riham HadjHamou graduated from Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences in the United Arab Emirates with a Master of Science in Orthodontics and Dento-Facial Orthopedics. In 2020, Dr. HadjHamou started working as a lecturer for Gulf Medical University in the United Arab Emirates. She has worked as a clinical supervisor in the paediatric department and has taught pre-clinical and clinical orthodontics to third and fourth year undergraduate students. Dr. HadjHamou has given lectures, led practical classes, and taken part in numerous national and international conferences. Professor of oral and maxillofacial surgery Hesham Marei. He earned his undergraduate degree from Cairo University in 1997 before going on to Suez Canal University in Egypt for his master's and doctoral degrees in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Prof. Marei received his Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in London in 2006 after completing his clinical training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Cardiff Dental School in the UK. Prof. Marei is very passionate about teaching medical students. Such a motivation led him to complete a PhD in health professions education at Maastricht University in the Netherlands in 2018 and a second Master's degree in medical education in 2012. The application of computer simulation in dentistry education is the topic of Prof. Marei's PhD thesis. Prof. Marei held various academic and clinical posts before relocating to the UAE in the UK, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. At Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, where he previously held the positions of associate professor and consultant in oral and maxillofacial surgery, Prof. Marei won the prize for best medical teacher for his academic prowess. Dr. Vishaakh Bhalla is a dental surgeon with more than ten years of practical experience who works at Thumbay Dental Hospital. Dr. Vishaakh worked as a dentist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for more than 5 years before joining Thumbay Dental Hospital. His education culminated at the ITS Dental College in Ghaziabad, India. His post-graduate work in endodontics was performed at the UP Dental College in Lucknow, India. At the graduate level, he has won a gold medal. Oral and maxillofacial prosthodontist Dr. Anish Gupta has more than 10 years of expertise. While attending Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India, where he received his degree in 2006, he won various honours and gold medals from the Indian Dental Association. After placing 15th in the All India PG Entrance Examination, he earned his three years of full-time postgraduate studies from Government Dental College, Bangalore, one of the top institutions in India. He also completed a two-year exclusive training programme under CEUIOMF, France, to expand his knowledge and experience in treating Implant Supported Prostheses, and he was ultimately named the winner of the Post Graduate Diploma in Implantology. He passed the UK's ORE 1 exam, enhancing his qualifications.
