With 350 beds, Thumbay University Hospital is the biggest academic private hospital in the Middle East. It is a cutting-edge family healthcare facility with a 100-bed long-term care and rehabilitation unit, a PET-CT scan centre for oncology, 10 modern operating rooms for all major specialties, a centre for imaging, a cath lab, an intensive care unit, a neonatal intensive care unit, a paediatric intensive care unit, a 10-bed dialysis unit, and more. Ten labour and delivery rooms, a NICU, a SCBU, and a well baby unit are all located on a floor specifically designated by the hospital for its mother and child programme. The hospital provides Presidential Suite Rooms, VIP Rooms, Private Rooms, etc. in addition to Marhaba Services, which are individualised fast track services for patients.
