Abdul Al-Hesayen

Dr. Al-Hesayen is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto and was hired in July 2005 as a Clinician-Investigator in Heart Failure at St. Michael's Hospital. He is an expert in complex hemodynamic evaluation for cardiomyopathy and valvular heart disease. His catheterization laboratory activities, aside from coronary angiography, are mostly focused on renal denervation for resistant hypertension and screening for candidature to MitraClip therapy for severe mitral regurgitation.
