Clin Prof Chua Siang Jin Terrance

Chief Executive Officer and Senior Consultant in the Department of Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore is Clinical Professor Terrance Chua (NHCS). Additionally, he serves as the Group Chairman of the SingHealth Medical Board and Academic Chair of the Duke-NUS Cardiovascular Sciences Academic Clinical Program. Additionally, Clin Prof Chua is the Singapore Ministry of Health's Chairman of the Residency Advisory Committee for Cardiology. Nuclear Cardiology is his area of subspecialty interest. He is certified in nuclear cardiology and cardiac computed tomography (CT) by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac CT and has a special interest in cardiac imaging. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery and a Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine). Prof. Terrance Chua is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the Royal Colleges of Edinburgh and London, the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and the Department of Cardiology. In 2013, the National Medical Excellence Awards presented Clin Prof Chua with the National Outstanding Clinician Award in recognition of his contributions to the growth of nuclear cardiology in Singapore. Clin Prof Chua has won numerous honors.
