Omar Al-Salihi worked as a consultant at University Hospital Southampton for ten years prior to joining Guy's and St. Thomas' in March 2018. She received her medical degree from the University of London's Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, and she completed her clinical oncology residency at St. Bartholomew's Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital. She completed a master's degree in healthcare law and ethics in 2011 at the University of Manchester, and she has previously served on a research ethics committee. She has a particular interest in medical law and ethics. In 2017, she was chosen to serve as the GSK Medical School's clinical lead for ethics and law. Additionally, she actively instructs a variety of medical specialists, including in the King's Mammography Screening course. In 2017, Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust hired Nicholas Barnett as a consultant in vascular access surgery and transplantation. Prior to this, he held positions as an honorary specialty registrar in transplant surgery at Addenbrooke's Hospital between 2015 and 2017 and as an NIHR lecturer in transplant surgery at the University of Cambridge. While earning his doctor of medicine (MD(Res)) at King's College London with a thesis on ""The role of B cell depletion in renal transplantation,"" Nick worked as a research fellow at Guy's Hospital from 2009 to 2012. A general urologist with a focus on stone disease is Matthew Bultitude. He was the department's clinical lead and head of the stone unit before to being named clinical director for transplant, renal, and urology. 1997 saw his graduation from this medical center. He completed his surgical residency at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, after completing his surgical residency at many facilities in South East England. Finally, he finished a year of sub-specialist training in the Guy's and St. Thomas' stone unit before beginning his consultant position. In addition to performing a wide range of conventional urological procedures, he is a specialist in stone disease and is interested in both the medicinal and surgical treatment options. He co-owns a clinic specifically for cystinuria with Kay Thomas. He also updates the websites for the Urology Trust.In addition to being an Associate Editor for the worldwide journal ""BJUI,"" he served as the past secretary of the Royal Society of Medicine's Urology Section. Antonia has extensive academic training in the areas of organ donation and transplantation ethics and law in addition to her clinical competence in nephrology and transplantation. She is a tutor at King's College's Centre for Medical Law and Ethics and an associate member of the research group for social science, health, and biomedicine as well as ethics and social justice. Numerous governmental and professional assignments have resulted from Antonia's proficiency in ethics and the law. She served as a trustee on the Institute of Medical Ethics' (IME) Governing Body from 2008 to 2016. She served as a member of the UKDEC (UK Donation Ethics Committee) from 2012 to 2016. She worked on various organ donation ethics policies that were issued by the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges while she was employed there. She served as the British Transplantation Society's (BTS) Ethics Committee Chair from 2008 to 2011 and as a BTS Council Member from 2014 to 2018. In this capacity, she planned and led national symposiums, conferences, and events funded by the industry. She also collaborated with stakeholders to create national policies and position statements. She has been on the board of the European Society of Transplantation's (ESOT) Ethical Legal and Psychological Aspects of Transplantation (ELPAT) committee since 2017. At Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, Peter Earnshaw serves as the clinical director of surgery and is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon. Over the years, he has gained experience in a wide spectrum of trauma and orthopaedic surgery, but more recently, he has turned his attention to knee surgery, particularly joint replacement and the treatment of sports injuries. His extensive referral practice in the UK focuses on difficult, partial, and revision knee replacement surgeries. He has written numerous articles and book chapters on a variety of orthopaedic subjects, and he is now instructing several senior fellows in difficult knee surgery. View Profile

He also serves as the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust's clinical lead for heart failure. Alvaro has a lot of experience instructing both undergraduate and graduate students.
