Mr. R. Lloyd Williams joined the University College London Hospitals NHS Trust as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in 1997. He specializes in foot and ankle disorders and served as the Saracens RFC's consultant orthopaedic surgeon from 1997 to 2001. He has research publications in his area of specialization published in the American and European medical literature and is a Fellow of the British, Irish, European, and American Foot and Ankle Societies. From 1999 to 2007, he served as the convener of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital's foot and ankle surgery course. He also served as a faculty member for a number of national and international foot and ankle surgery teaching seminars. He has been in full-time private practice since 2004, and his areas of expertise include arthritis treatment and forefoot restoration for hallux valgus (bunions).Additionally, he performs Minimally Invasive Foot and Ankle Surgery (MIS), a brand-new and ground-breaking technique utilized to treat a variety of common foot ailments. In 1992, Mr. Sean Curry received his medical college diploma from London Hospital. He worked at several hospitals in London throughout his post-graduate study, including Great Ormond Street, Barts, and The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. He undertook two fellowships in Australia, working with some of that country's best knee surgeons. He completed his training at The Royal London Hospital after his return to the UK, and then he accepted a consultant position at The Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. He was appointed Orthopaedic Consultant to The Royal London Hospital and St. Bart's Hospital in 2002. He completed his residency in surgery at The Royal London Hospital in 1982 and has since completed additional training at Cambridge. After completing his MD thesis on the remodeling of bone in response to prosthetic implants, he underwent a year of advanced arthroscopic training at an orthopaedic sports clinic in Australia. In 1996, he was appointed Honorary Senior Lecturer at The University of London and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at University College NHS Trust (UCLH). The coveted European Travelling Fellowship for the European Shoulder and Elbow Society was given to him in 1997. In 1995, Justin completed his undergraduate studies in South Africa before relocating to London. He built a private practice while working in the NHS for two years before transitioning into full-time private practice in 1997. His research focuses on the consequences of hypermobility on foot function, conservative management of foot and ankle problems, and sports medicine. He has worked with and is still working with several different sporting organizations, such as UK Athletics, the English Institute of Sport (EIS), England Cricket, England Rugby, the Saracens rugby club, and premiership football. He additionally offers musculoskeletal podiatry services to the English National Ballet and the Royal Ballet. View Profile

He earned his undergraduate degree in India and his postgraduate degree in orthopaedics there. He received his registrar training at the London-KSS deanery. He then completed two spinal fellowships at Guys and St. Thomas Hospital and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore. He has received training in both minimally invasive surgery and cases of spinal deformity. The majority of his cases are handled utilizing a working microscope. He has previously worked as a full-time researcher, published publications in journals with peer review, and delivered presentations at conferences all over the world. He actively participates in the instruction and training of junior trainees and registrars in orthopaedics. He is intrigued by minimally invasive spinal procedures. His current work involves treating fractures, infections, and degenerative spinal diseases. View Profile
