Profile (Overview)
The largest hospital in Alberta is called Foothills Medical Centre (FMC), and it is situated in Calgary. It is a renowned medical facility in Canada and one of the top teaching and research hospitals. Over two million residents of Calgary and the surrounding areas, including southern Alberta, southeastern British Columbia, and southern Saskatchewan, get advanced healthcare services from Foothills Medical Centre. It was once run by the Calgary Health Region, but is now a division of the University of Calgary Medical Centre and is governed by Alberta Health Services. In June 1966, the hospital's main structure was inaugurated. One of the ten trauma centers in Alberta and the biggest regional trauma center in Southern Alberta, Foothills Medical Centre is an accredited Level 1 trauma center by the Trauma Association of Canada. In addition, Foothills Medical Centre is accredited by Accreditation Canada for stroke rehabilitation. The Foothills Medical Center collaborates with the neighborhood University of Calgary to educate students and provide space for medical research.

He is also certified in acupuncture and musculoskeletal ultrasound. He has provided individuals who have presented with work-related injuries with a range of services. Dr. Delahoussaye earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. He was brought to New Mexico to serve as the first rehabilitation hospital's medical director in Albuquerque. He created the first programmes in New Mexico to earn national certification in the fields of orthopaedic disorders, pain, neuromuscular diseases, stroke, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury.
