Dr. Manish Aggarwal is a Senior Consultant and the Director of Interventional Cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic. Only a few Cardiologists in India perform TAVR / TAVI, and this is his Special Area of Interest for which he completed a Structural Heart Fellowship in Hungary, Europe in 2018 at one of the most prestigious centres in Budapest, and is experienced and adept at this complex procedure that is an alternative to 'Open Heart Replacement' of the Aortic Valve. Awardee of the Padma Bhushan Dr. Kewal Kishan Talwar is a well-known cardiologist and the former head of India's Medical Council. He was the previous director of the cardiology department of AIIMS in New Delhi and the Director of the Chandigarh-based Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER). He was Chairman Cardiology Department at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket for 6+ years before joining PSRI Hospital. In 1997, he was listed in the LIMCA Book of World Records for performing the first implantation of implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) treatment in South Asia. He is also recognised in the LIMCA Book of World Records for introducing Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy to India. He has received several awards, including the Dr. B. C. Roy Award, which is India's highest medical honour. He is a fellow of the Indian National Science Academy and a past president of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) (INSA). In 2006, the Indian government honoured him with the Padma Bhushan, the country's third highest civilian honour, for his services to medicine. His work on cardiac arrhythmia aided in the development of cardiac arrhythmia as a specialty in India, as well as the development of a heart failure and heart transplant programme at AIIMS. He was also affiliated with the North Middlesex University Hospital in London, in addition to being a full-time faculty member. For many years, he worked as a Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon at University Hospital in London. Dr. Bhardwaj worked in prestigious facilities such as Pilgrim Hospital in Boston, Lincoln County Hospital, and Nottinghamshire before arriving in London in 2004. Complex and revision Joint Replacements and Arthroscopic treatments on the knee, shoulder, elbow, and hips, as well as complex trauma, are among his specialties, backed by his extensive and current abroad training. He served in the Indian Army for 26 years before joining PSRI for the last 19 years. He earned his MD (MED) degree after completing his MBBS. Later, he earned a DM in Gastroenterology from AIIMS in Delhi. He has a lot of expertise with Stomach, Intestine, and Liver disorders. He is well-versed in a wide range of endoscopic treatments. He is now employed at Pushpawati Singhania Hospital and Research Institute (PSRI) in New Delhi as a Senior Consultant and Head of Urology and Kidney Transplant. With 32 years of experience in the field, he is an expert in Prostate Laser Surgery (HOLEP, Green Light Laser Treatment), Laser Stone Surgery, reconstructive urology (treatment of stricture urethra, PUJ Obstruction, uretic reconstruction, continent urinary diversion, laparoscopic urology, Uro-oncology, andrology, and renal transplant). Dr. Singh earned his medical degree from Delhi's Maulana Azad Medical College in 1986. He earned his MS in General Surgery from the same university in 1991.
