Dr. Murray Berall completed his genetics degree at McGill University before enrolling in Dalhousie University's medical programme. At the University of Toronto, he finished his post-graduate training in internal medicine and nephrology. Dr. Berall was the inaugural president of the medical staff at Humber River Hospital after serving as president of the medical staff at Northwestern General Hospital for four years. He oversaw the development of the original programme as HRH's first Director of Dialysis. His current research interests are in the area of sleep medicine, including how it affects and is managed in hypertensive patients as well as how it contributes to morbidity in CKD patients. Cardiologist Dr. Robert Bauer practises in Canada. Since 1994, he has been engaged in adult general cardiology practise. In particular, he is interested in coronary angiography. He is enrolled in the Ontario e-consult programme and employed by the cutting-edge cardio-diagnostics department at Humber River Hospital, which has the capacity to examine and treat a wide range of cardiac patients. Oncologist and haematologist Dr. Sam Berger is considered to be among the best in North York, Ontario. He investigates and makes diagnoses for illnesses and conditions affecting the immune system, bone marrow, and blood as a committed oncologist and haematologist. In order to identify the appropriate course of treatment, he does this by speaking with patients. Dr. Barry Cayen has a BSc, MD, MPH, and FRCSC. Dr. Barry Cayen is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is a certified orthopaedic surgeon (RCPSC). His first two years of college were spent at Queen's University, where he earned his Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) in Biological Sciences. At the University of Toronto, he later earned a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. In the future, he graduated from the University of Toronto with a Medical Degree (MD). Afterwards, in Toronto, Dr. Cayen finished his orthopaedic surgery residency. He received a two-year surgery scholarship during his residency, using that time to complete his Master's degree in public health at Harvard University and hone his administrative abilities while working as a healthcare consultant for a private consulting company. In 2010, after completing his residency, he was inducted as a Fellow of the Canadian College of Surgeons (FRCSC). Dr. Cayen finished a sub-specialty fellowship in hip and knee reconstruction, sports surgery, and trauma after completing his residency. At the moment, Dr. Cayen performs hip and knee operations at Humber River Hospital. The medical director and founding partner of Can-Am HIFU is Jack Barkin, M.D. On how to administer HIFU properly, he has educated over 25 urologists. He served as the past Director of Surgery and Surgical Oncology at Humber River Hospital, as well as its Chief of Staff and Past Chief of Urology. Dr. Barkin has over 25 years of experience in clinical research and has served as the main investigator for more than 250 domestic and foreign clinical medication trials. He introduced several medications in Canada, including Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, Androgel, and casodex. Erectile dysfunction, benign and malignant prostate illnesses, male menopause, bladder cancer, and innovative urologic technologies and techniques are among his clinical and research interests. At the University of Toronto's medical school, Dr. Barkin received honours. He participated on various medical advisory boards and has over 80 peer-reviewed articles from his significant publication in urology and medical journals. In addition to examining abstracts for several international urologic events, he also reviews manuscripts for many additional urologic journals. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCS), and a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons (FICS) (DABU).
